GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR HOTEL
1.1 At the time of first presentation to the staff of the Hotel Quari clerk at the reception desk , the subjects who show their willingness to get hotel accommodation (Customers ) , within the limits of receptivity of the structure and subject to acceptance and / or approval of the House, are required as specified below:
a) surrender their identity card , their passport or any other document accepted by the current laws in matters of public safety , in order to make possible the necessary activities envisaged under art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. ( foreign nationals not members of the EC are required to present a passport or other document that is considered equivalent thereto by virtue of international agreements, however, with photograph of the holder ) ;
b ) state the period in which they intend to stay , if not already stated at the time of booking ;
c ) sign the form of PS , as well as any form of contractual recognition and authorization to the processing of data in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (known as the Privacy Act ) and subsequent amendments and additions.

1.2 Each of the above obligations must be considered essential and, however, relevant to the Hotel Relais La Torre for the conduct of the activity in the hotel contract and any other additional services . Every violation is , therefore , breach of contract , with the obligation to pay damages which may derive from this .

2.1 Room will be assigned from the Hotel Quari , within the limits of the availability of the property and any reservations made and subject to acceptance and / or approval of the House, the Customer who requests it , which remains bound to the provisions of paragraph 1.1. and 1.2.

2.2 Delivery of the room available to the customer takes place no earlier than 15:00 on the day on which the customer is expected to arrive in the same hotel.

2.3 The customer has a duty to maintain in good condition the assigned room and its furniture and fittings therein , with the obligation of custody of them .

2.4 The Customer is required to vacate the apartment by people or things , unless it is already at the time of initial delivery , at the latest as from 11:00 on the day of departure.

2.5 Things and objects left there after the departure of the customer shall be deemed abandoned by the same , if not claimed by registered mail with return receipt or hands , which must in any case be received at the offices of 'Hotel Quari later no later than 15 days from the date of issuance of the room. In the absence of a timely claim, the ' Hotel Quari is authorized to dispose of the object, without which the customer has to claim anything .

3.1 The balance of the consideration for the service provided by ' Hotel Quari in favor of the Customer must be paid at check- in by credit card or by cash.

3.2 Other forms of payment are accepted only with the prior express permission of the Management. The payment by check is not allowed unless it is made ​​at least four working days before the date fixed for the departure of the customer , always provided that there is the express prior approval of the Management.

4.1 At the time of access in the hotel , prior to the delivery room , the customer is required to deliver on the vision of your credit card to the staff of the reception for the recording of data (credit card number , name and surname of the owner, date of issuance and expiration date), which will be used solely for the purpose of guarantee for the payment of the total sums due , and only in the event of non-payment , partial or total , of the amount due from the customer , the data may be used for payment of the balance , including any penalties or compensation items . 4.2 If the Customer is not the owner or unwilling to provide any credit card they must pay in advance the balance of all the services required, subject to further adjustments . Payment of the first night's stay is always requested in advance prior to taking delivery of the keys of the room.

7.1 Only the small dogs accompanied by the owner or other holder is allowed access to designated areas for guests.

10.1 The Client has the obligation to maintain and preserve any valuables ( such as jewelery, watches, money and other assets and / or securities ) in the drop box located inside the room the leased property and in relation to which box the customer assumes the care and management for the period of stay in the hotel.

10.2 The Client has the obligation to apply the secret code to the safe deposit box given to him , according to the instructions in each room , at the front desk or available on request , by contacting the staff .

11.1 The reservation request has to be acceptance of the preliminary agreement (the ' booking contract ') for the conclusion of the final contract next hotel only if:
( a) be made ​​in writing , by fax or by mail ;
( b ) shall bear the signature of the applicant;
( c ) contain a statement of the details of the applicant , in order to receive any communication referred to in Article 11.3 ;

( f) is preceded or confirmed with a deposit in the actual availability of the Hotel Quari for an amount equal to at least thirty percent of the amount due in respect of the period of stay proposed by the applicant , with a margin of tolerance limits up to € 30.00.

11.2 It is a condition of effectiveness of the aforesaid reservation contract the availability of the number of rooms and type of accommodation required at the time of receipt of the booking forms referred to in Article 11.1 , taking into account for this purpose is the effective availability of rooms both of the previous reservations.

11.3 In case of non availability of the number of rooms and type of accommodation required , the ' Hotel Quari will notify the applicant at the address provided by them at the time of booking request [ cf. Article 11.1 , letter . c) ] , returning any sums received by way of deposit.

11.4 The Client requires the reservation has the right to revoke it or to withdraw unilaterally from the ' booking contract ' under the conditions specified in Article 11.5 , by written communication sent by registered mail with return receipt requested , or by facsimile , which must arrive at ' Hotel Quari as soon as possible and in any event no later than the day preceding the commencement of the period of residence contemplated in booking .

11.5 The right of revocation and / or cancellation referred to in Article 11.4 shall be subject to the following conditions :
( a) if the communication referred to in Article 11.4 is received at least thirty days before the start date of the period required for booking , you will receive an amount equal to eighty per cent of the amount due as a deposit , to the extent paid ;
( b ) if the communication referred to in Article 11.4 is received after the thirtieth day but later than the fifteenth day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the booking will be refunded an amount equal to fifty percent of the amount due under deposit, if and when paid;
( c) if the communication referred to in Article 11.4 is received after the fifteenth day but later than the seventh day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the booking will be refunded an amount equal to ten percent of the amount due under deposit, if and when paid;
( d) if the communication referred to in Article 11.4 is received after the seventh day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the booking will not be refunded any amount .

11.6 No refund is given in case of cancellation or interruption of the stay by the customer .

11.7 The Hotel Quari has the right to exercise unilaterally withdraw from the contract under the same booking conditions for its customers in Articles 11.4 and 11.5 , making the notice of cancellation at the address indicated by the customer pursuant to Article 11.1 , letter . c ) .

11.8 In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 11.7 , the ' Hotel Quari will be held , where the booking has been completed in accordance with Article 11.1 , the return of the deposit paid in addition to payment of an amount equal to the measure percentage of the deposit itself, calculated in relation to the time in which communication is made of withdrawal, or on the following criteria :
( a) if the communication referred to in Article 11.7 is received at least thirty days before the start date of the booking period required , will not be paid any amount in addition to that payable as a deposit , to the extent paid;
( b ) if the communication referred to in Article 11.7 is received after the thirtieth day but later than the fifteenth day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the reservation, will be paid an amount equal to ten percent of the amount due under deposit, if and when paid;
( c) if the communication referred to in Article 11.7 is received after the fifteenth day but later than the seventh day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the reservation, will be paid an amount equal to fifty percent of the amount due under deposit, if and when paid;
( d) if the communication referred to in Article 11.7 is received after the seventh day before the scheduled start date of the period as required in the reservation, will be paid an amount equal to eighty percent of the amount due as a deposit , and if in the amount paid.

11.9 remain without prejudice to the cases of termination of the contract for impossibility of performance on the part of the Hotel Quari , among which are to be counted , for example and without limitation, any action by the administrative and / or judicial impediments of a technical nature having an extraordinary nature, cases of accident and / or force majeure and / or to the fact of the third , etc. .
RULES GOVERNING ACCESS TO THE DOGS
