Prices are per person per night and include : heating, air conditioning , TV, wi -fi, parking , taxes and VAT .
Use of personal electrical equipment in the rooms only if authorized by the Management.
Any damage or breakages to the furniture and / or facilities will be charged in accordance with the provisions published at the reception.
The rooms are non-smoking .
The rooms and parking are up to 10.30 am on departure day .
It requires a notice in case of arrival after 18:00 .
Bookings will be confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the reservation or a deposit ( 30% of total stay) by bank transfer .
If canceled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged . Failure to arrive ( no-show) will be charged the first night . Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the entire reserved period .
The rooms are available from 14.00 on day of arrival until 10.30 am on the day of departure .
